silly girl

Sometimes, I just can't help myself, I act weally goofy....I rampage through the house, tear at my toys, run around the furniture, just act vewy silly

Asta running in the hall to dry herself off

My Mommi insisted on giving me a bath, this hooman obsession with baths is weird, but any way, when I finally got loose, this is what I did....madness in the living room a la Asta
I may not be able to post for a few days, I'll twy, but Mommi is on Jury dooty(maybe they'll lock her up, eek!) poor me is going to be home alone boo hoo hoo!!!!!!!!!!
which makes giving me a bath quadruple bad idea...no one will even see me, stoopid stoopid idea

Australian Fly Solution

My sweet friend, the thin girl from OZ, Asta down Under, suggested that I try wearing a cork hat to help with my fly pwoblem, OK, so I put it on, it's pwetty weird, but she assured me it works, so I'm willing to twy..I don't dare move my head, 'cause the corks all bang together, but I guess that's supposed to happen to scawe the flies away, heheheheheh, I'll let you know weather the hat dwives me more cwazy, or the flies (Asta did I do it wight?)

June 1st weekend

Hi everydoggie, here's a post finally, for some reason it's divided into two sections, so there's two places for comments, make sure you see all the pix..sowwy I'm not vewy good at this compooter stuff. Hope you all had a great weekend..smoochie kisses to all of you
Asta
So it was a bootiful late spring day, and Saturday started with going to the run and playing like a maniac, then it was time to do some food shopping at the outdoor market a few blocks from our house...but after that we had to hurry and help uncle Tony and Mark set up a table of their "junk" to sell at the Jane St. fair.

Street fairs are all over NewYork City in the late spring and summer. Our far west village neighborhood holds it's fair on Jane St. which is one block from my street..anyone who puts in a request can participate, you get assigned a space on the street, which they close to traffic for the day, and then you set up a table and put out the stuff you want to sell. There's all kind of stuff, toys, clothes, jewelry, and anything else you've gotten throughout the year and don't want anymore( I guess in other places this would be a giant garage sale)

Some neighborhoods have fancy stalls with food vendors, and more commercial stuff, but we like the neighborhoodiness of ours..cause you pwetty much know everyone who comes along and there's lots of doggies too

Uncle Mark is a whizz at this and always does quite well. We just hang out and help, and gossip with everyone and bring drinks and food . It got super hot, and the nice shade went away..Mommy went home to shower and change, before she got the drinks...she got a sunburn.
I had a great time, but was exhausted by the end of the day.

The view of Jane St.
Our friends, Tony (on the left), Mark being goofy( on the right), getting ready to meet the hordes
I'm checking out the local art, I prefer my paintings heheheheheh
Two wires from the neighborhood come by to say Hi...Ruby and Chips.I'm on the stoop with Daddy, it's a convenient place to receive accolades and see evedoggie walking by
The Jane St sale in full swing
Grace's Daddy was asked "how much for her?", he quickly answered she's priceless( that's how my 'rents feel about me too)
This little cutie is named Grace, she was playing in this box while her Daddy was selling stuff, she's a doll, we live on the same street, and she a;ways says" hello Asta", I like polite children
In my Daddy's arms..stoop sitting( this is very common in my neighborhood)
Finally the day is over, I live at the end of this street, straight ahead towards the water..I'm exhausted and need my sneep
