she tickled me wif hew tongue and I was cwacking up....we've been fwiends evew since

Petey was still in town and the hoomans decided it was time fow a dwinkie to celebwate the setting sun and ouw wun..they offewed some to us, but we chose the ball...duhhhhhhhhhhh

It was still wawm enuff to have ouw pool out

Pumpkin and Bailey bof decided to west on theiw mommi's laps..Bailey fit bettew

Punkin LOOOOOOOOVES the watew

(it aways does)
Punkin will leap fow houws twying to catch the watew if you splash it

I aways think of my fwiends the 4Bs and theiw gowgeous leaps when I see that

It was a pawfect evening..we stayed fow houws playing and wunning while the hoomans blabbed and dwank (thewe is a baw next to ouw wun and they will let us get dwinkies in plastic glasses)

sowwy that the pictoowes awe fuzzy, we used a phone to take them and of couwse we didn't stay still

That's my fweind Dolce the Akita going along the fence to check things out. He told me to come look at something

well, you get the idea, it was a pawfect evening fow all

I'm so lucky to have a gweat gwoup of doggie and hooman fwiends at my wun which is two blocks fwom my house. It's a wegoolaw gwoup that meets awound the same time each day..in the evenings doowing the week, and in the late mowning on weekends.
Being a city dog isn't bad at all....thewe is aways someone to see, to talk to, to play wif..Im a lucky,Lucky Dog

You are a VERY lucky dog, Asta. You've got Great Pawrents, Great Friends, Great Surroundings, and a Great Life. And WE are the lucky ones to know you. It is like living in NYC when we read your bloggie... we can almost imagine being at your run, with you introducing us to all your friends. (Moma thinks it would be nice to sit and yak and sip a drink with your Moma and Daddi and their hooman friends, too.) Isn't it great being about to know about and imagine life all around the world?

Enjoy the rest of your weekend, Sissie.

What a lovely day!! We spent the day watching our piggie family stuff themselves with brisket and kugel and garlic potatoes and chopped liver and beet salad and asparagus ...we could go on and on..... We tried to stuff some throught the computer( my brothers idea) but it didn;t quite work.... Love and kisses A+A

Y'all sure had fun. I am very envious of your play group. I have friends like that at play school, but they change every time I go.

That is a great dog run - what is it about humans chatting away - when we do all the exercise? It is a good thing we do not have a bar near our park!

It looks like a lovely day and evening .... lots of licks

Hey there, Asta

It's good to see you in some 'au naturelle' poses...eventually! You are quite the cutie it seems!...I mean - I did notice when you were in South Africa, but you were decked out in all those "non-au-naturelle" outfits.
I would have loved to be at happy hour with you and your friends.(hic) What fun!!!
Lots of licks from all of us. You are becoming super dear friends.

Asta gurrrrl!! Thank you so much for the warm welcome back! I hope I will get to be on the computer more in the future...

You went to Africa and all? You are one lucky kid.. Ok, I guess you've matured into a grown woman all the time I've been gone, but in my head I still see you as that cute little gurlie stinky..hehe! But you are still as cute as I remembered, and you look so happy in all your pictures tooooo!

I just saw the painting your mom did of Bogart and his dad...it is a BEAUTIFUL painting and it means sooo much. Your mom is very talented!

Love nibbles,
Miss Sunshade

ps. Can I have your e-mail address again? I'm sorry we lost your e-mail address when we had to delete one of our email accounts due to some legal issues.

What a great idea to serve the humans cocktails so that they stay at the dog park longer.

Bark parks are the COOLEST! I just love weebling whenever and wherever I please.

I'm so glad that you and Piper made amends. I wish my brother would take lessons from you two! Once a dog crosses him he NEVER forgets - not even years later! I think we should all be paw-slappin' play-bowin' buddies!

Yes, you are a lucky dog, kousin Asta! That wun looks like a gweat place. It's good that there is also something for the hoomans to do. They always need to be entertained.

We need some drinks for the humans at our doggy parks. Maybe they'd stay longer. But I'm not sure my mom could handle the poop bags and a drink. It's great to spend time with doggy friends.

We sure wish we had a park we could go to like that. Our parks are overrun with college kids with mean dogs who just go to socialize and not watch their dogs. You are really lucky!!

That looks like lots of fun. How great you have that space to mongrel around.
Mum likes the poodle lap dog. Don't worry, you're still our favourite!
