Asta, it is nice to go somewhere exotic and fun, but it is ALWAYS wonderful to come home. Happy snoozing. The slide show AND the music were very nice - gorgeous weather, eh?

Awww. You made us almost feel as if we were there. Even though you didn't personally go, we could smell the fresh veggies and cheese, feel their textures, taste the wine, hear the people, see the beautiful - and we mean BEAUTIFUL sights, move along the water and walk the sidewalks. And the background music couldn't have been more perfect. You took us along on a glorious weekend excursion. We'll go to sleep now. Nap and dream about it. Just like you must do, Asta. On Daddi's shirt. Back on your bed. Welcome home. We're glad you are safely back.

Home is always the best place to be...especially if you can nap on yor Dad's shirt.

Our Mom enjoyed the pictures. She drooled all over the keyboard when she saw the porchetta!

Asta. Wagging to see you back home!!! Pressing Daddi's shirt was most thoughtful of you tho I'm sure Mom didn't expect you to help with the housework straight away did she?

Letting me tag along to the food market was very kind. Looked scrumptious. Almost as nice as the rabbit I bagged.

Now Asta don't be sad, I bet Stanley will be back in a flash.Especially for a soon to be birthday girlie....

Wiry loves and kisses Eric xxxxx

Loved the smileboxes, but I think Mommi's a bit early - it's still Summer in the City until September 22! Don't rush it - it will be cold and dreary winter soon enough.

Oh Asta - those pictures of yummies had both me AND my human drooling!!

And you know, my human always thought New York was a scary, busy, dirty, dangerous place that she never wanted to visit...but since visiting your blog and seeing all your wonderful slideshows, we've seen a totally different side to New York and now she is quite keen to visit! :-)

I'm so glad you made it home safe and sound. There's nothing as precious as being home with your loved ones after a long holiday. I enjoyed reading about your adventures and can't wait to see what you and Lacie get up to next. Enjoy the cooler fall weather and fashions.

Kousin Asta,

You look like your are exhausted! That was some trip you had. It will take you a while to recover from that one. But don't take too long though, sweetie, because it looks like your Mommi and Daddi are having lots of fun without you, going to food fares and on water taxi rides, and all. You better bounce back quickly before you miss out on any more fun. (Just a suggestion.)

Love and Koobuss Kisses,
Kousin Koobie
