OOOOOH, Miz Asta, I had the loveliest time on your trip. Good friends, good wine, good food...what could be better? Will your Mommi be allowing us a sneak peek at her new works for the up-coming exhibit?
Happy days, Asta. (And pardon me if I must nap after our Lake adventure.)
Leah
Well, I must say that after all that walking and climbing steps, you deserved more than a few little bits and tastes for lunch! everything looked yummy, and we are so glad that Mommi went to swim.
Hope you are having a happy week.

Oh my Asta , many a time spent in Shomlo with Pogacsa and Tokaj Furmint watching the sun set. Tihany brings back memories too as does Balaton Fured and Almady. Excuse me spelling. Gosh that is a trip down memory lane. Asta you must have loved it and we hope mum and dad had a lovely time. Wish we were there too.
Best wishes Molly
Lots of amazing adventures, Miss Asta! We are most jelly!

Asta...OMDs girlfriend you got to ride in a train!! My dad would be very jealous...he loves trains real and models. He builds O scale model trains and runs them every Wed. at his friends house.
Mom and I thoroughly enjoyed looking at your beautiful pictures and reading all about your trip. You have very handsome two-leggers!!
Mom and Dad love wine tastings too and will be visiting friends in early Aug who live in the wine country of North Carolina...very close to where you were born.

OMD, that lake is totally hooooooge....love your header photo...um, Asta, did you ever think of doing a little spray tanning before you lie in the sun? Here, I'll help you....
Lacie grabs a humongous spray jar of carrot juice and blasts Asta's furs until she turns bright orange...
Um, hmm....I was going for something a little more like my reddish brown tan furs...
OOPSIE....
(Lacie slinks off, leaving Asta screeching.....)
Um bye....XXOO

Oh Asta, thanks for showing us your lovely Lake Balaton (Gail remembers learning about it in school geography lessons). I'm afraid though that I haven't been able to open the smile box as we are at Gail's parents' house, using their computer which comes from an earlier geological era.
Toodle pip!
Bertie.
PS Did you go for a swim?

Hiya Asta.... just wanted to say that my mum would LOVE to meet and visit your mum and dad in Boo-Da-Pest..... but she is afraid all the wine and food would make her even fatter than she already is!!!!! She is on (yet another) diet..... and drools when she sees your peeps' pictures of food.....
One day maybe..... she knows she and dad dad and your peeps would get along really well! Both of her parents are migrants from Europe and she knows Europe is in her blood. Also, she has just seen a tour that floats down the Rhine for 15 nights and is all kooky about that..... but I won't let her go anyway.
