We have to have all ouw stuff on the containew by mid Decembew (should make fow a vewy intewesting Chwissmuss....NOT!)

and we have to leave ouw NEW YAWK apawtment by Janooawy fifteenth

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, cuwwently , we awe packing, twying to sign cotwacts, having vawioos ovewsee moving companies coming and measoowing stuff and giving estimates  (believe me , you don't even want to know the amounts of tweat this will cost me), and figoowe out what to take and what to sell
(Mommi might post some of the paintings that she wants to sell at half pwice , if any of you awe intewested)

it's ,scaiwy, exciting, happy and sad all at once

My pinkies have lived in this apawtment fow 28 yeaws and all of you know how cwaxzy in love wif NewYAwk they awe, BUT  sometimes life makes plans of it's own,  and  it's time fow a new adventoowe
so we awe looking at the bwight side and getting weady fow all the new discovewies and life we wil have

We will be in an empty apawtment(xept fow a bowwowed blow up bed hewe fow a momf aftew ouw stuff leaves, and then we will be in Budapest fow anothew two ow fouw weeks wif the same baweness untill ouw stuff swims ovew

I will twy to look at the blogs and post when I can, but it will be vewy infwequent

Wow Asta! You are moving to our side of the Pond? That is so exciting!

We wish you a smooth move although #1, who did 2 trans-continental moves in 3 years, knows the extent to which packing is a nightmare.

But I am so excited about the prospect of reading all about your adventures in Hungary, once you have settled down. I have been asking Gail if she could perhaps look up the train timetable to Budapest/
Toodle pip!
PS Gail and I want to thank you hugely for taking the time to stop by my blog and wish Human Grandad a Happy 90th Birthday. We all had a lovely day together.

Hello Asta, we are very excited about your news. Just think of all the new sniffs there will be in Hungary...........all the new doggie friends you have yet to meet.
We are so thankful that you are there to help the humans - they are not so good at organising!
We also have a move afoot and we cannot believe how sentimental these humans are.............!!!!
They don't always embrace change like us Asta so you must give them lots of cuddles and kisses.
We so look forward to hearing from you in your new home and tell those humans to remember 'Home is where the dog is'.
Much love to you all
