My Gay Pwide Day


Yestewday was Gay Pwide Day and the city was celebwating..thewe was a big pawade and dancing in the stweets and on the piew that is neewest ouw apawtment, thewe was a hooge pawty ending wif fiwewowks at 10:30 



I am vewy lucky because I am totally not scawed of fiwewowks


I sit in my window and watch them and go oooh and ahhhhhhh!


they wewe doing them fwom a bawge wight outside my window


I was vewy happy fow evewybody's joy


see, that is the view fwom my window and you can see the Piew whewe the pawty was..I could heaw the moosic when the window was open






Mommi didn't do a vewy good job of photogwaphing(it would help if she didn't dance to the moosic while she's twying to hold the camewa, hehehe)
When they played the old song fwom the dawk ages when she was a puppy, titled"Going to the Chapel of Love"  she got all teawy and I had to lick hew face(she is a moosh)


and hewe is a shaky pictoowe of the Empiwe State Building being all wainbow colowed


I'm pwoud of NewYawk fow giving equality to all ouw citizens!!!!

What a HUGE and HAPPY pawty! I wish I coulda come watched the fireworks with you. Did you know that we don't even LIVE where you live and my momma got leaky and mushy about it, too? Momma's are funny.

I'm with you with this one girrrrl. A fair shake fur EVERYBUDDY. The fireworks were beautiful.. I think your mom did terrrific.

DOUBLE PeeS.. I was at the Dawg Bark with Bocci and his P U on Saturday. THEY are very much nice.

You were visiting us while we were visiting you. Thunder would probably enjoy those fireworks, but Phantom and Ciara might want some earplugs. Mom says she thinks they would be fantastic to watch.

Oh Sweet Asta and family, the WDA is so proud of the brave people of NY for realizing that Love should be the determining factor in getting married nothing more! We too were overjoyed when the we heard the news and called some very special friends to have a coast-to-coast celebration! Unfortunately our state stil has not seen the light.

We love you because you always fight for acceptance and understanding and doing the right thing. We honor your nobility.

And thank you, too, for your support of our fight against cancer. Spread the word, together we are not to be beaten!

Our pride parade was yesterday,too, but we missed it. Mama didn't want to leave Sweet Pea alone yesterday so we skipped the parade this year, but we are still celebrating and so proud of New York!!

Miss Asta, I will leave the fireworks to woooooo to enjoy. I don't like them and Mumma finds them a little scarey - she finks they look pretty so long as she does not need to hear them - so she wikes you picktures. And we bof fings that you look fery boootiful wearing a rainbow. :)
