Asta this is most interesting. We knew that Picasso was prolific but we had NO IDEA that he had a Wiry Period!!!

And I'm sure you and Lacie and Agatha did a splendid job helping Carrleigh deliver her pups. Cultural ambassador and nurse, fashion expert and gelato gourmet - what a truly versatile lass you are!

I don't know which I enjoyed more... the arrival of the puppies or the Pic Ass O exhibit.

What a fangtastic day you had. I am worn out just thinking about it.

ASTA I TOLD YOU...I JUST KNEW THOSE BABIES WOULD COME WHEN I WAS ALONE....OMD OMD OMD OMD...I happened to turn around to um adjust the blender speed and the first baby came out and um well SMACKED ME RIGHT ON MY PIK ASS OH...honestly, I thought it was supposed to be the other way around...I mean aren't ya supposed to whack the babies' bums to get 'em to breathe?

Then stoopid Aggie showed up and gave me a demerit for havin' a stain on my rumpus....as if it was my fault. They don't exactly come out clean, ya know. I may never forgive you...YOU...ON A DATE...whilst I had a complicated case....sheesch...

Kisses,

Lacie

As for the two running terriers, I don't believe I am that fat. I'm just sayin'....

A very special weekend for you, Asta. It sure looks like Gussie knows how to treat a lady well. And how exciting to hear that the pups are here!!! And 8 of them - who would imagine a little one like Carrleigh could have so many little ones tucked in there.

Congrats to the Rocky Creek Scotties and kudos to all of you wonderful nurses.

WHERE WERE WE LAST WEEKEND!? It's all a fog ... we must've slept the weekend away. We're SO GLAD that you documented all the VeryExcitingEvents ... the Picasso exhibit (we MUST see it when/if it comes to Denver ... it's amazing to see the wirey influence), the perfect date with the gentleman Gussie, and the Scottie pups! Oh my! We've gotta show this post to Moma and make her feel just a little bit guilty for our absence. It looks like it was a FABULOUS few days!

Grumbling,
Jake and Fergi
