Deew Mango,
I got a little confoosed about Sea Quest Hewding..
Fiwst I went and found the cast of Sea Quest..but I felt vewy out of place and didnt weally like them
They awe a vewy stiff and dated bunch in my opinion and not at all welcoming.
Then I went to the Aquawium in Boston like you suggested and
twied to hewd some fish..they wouldn't co-opewate
I twied to be nice and feed them, but honestly, I don't weally like fish that much
It was cold and slimy and stuff and I've decided that the Sea was the most impawtant pawt of the sea quest hewding
so I went to the souf of Fwance..it's much mowe comfowtable and welaxing.
I think it will put me in the wight fwame of mind to do a gweat job of judging
I'm also tewwibly pwoud and pleased to have gotten this bootiful awawd fwom Zoolatwy!!!
thank you so vewy much deew Fwiends!!! I'm showing it off to evewyone on the wiviewa
I'm also tewwibly pwoud and pleased to have gotten this bootiful awawd fwom Zoolatwy!!!
smoochie kisses

We didn't think that picture of you in your lovely orange sundress / swimsuit looked like you were in the Boston Harbor. Now we totally understand.
Have fun in the South of France, dear sissie. We miss you. But we understand your absence.
Love
SissieFergi and BruvverJake (and, just to clarify the record ... we are NOT insane, and we are NOT cracker dogs ... we know YOU know that)
Oh Asta!
How exciting to read that you're on this side of the Pond. Why not pop across to Scotland for the weekend? It's only just up the road....(I'm relying here on that stuff I've read about our American pals being a touch vague about world geography....)
I could lay on some haggis left over from Burns night, I'm sure it's much tastier than all those frogs legs and stuff you get in France.
We could have a fine discussion about the general superiority of terriers,
Cheers! H.
Congrats on the award!
And we think you are right that the South of France is the best place to go to learn about sea qwest hewding! Plus you look so cute in your sun dress - we think you will be all set after your trip!
That sea fish herding you were talking about...here in Oklahoma, we call it noodling. Not for the faint of heart, I'm telling ya. You look like a pro at it, though. :)
Happy Tails,
William Tell
How exciting! holed up in a secret Sea quest location! I casnot wait to hear your final judging decisions!

Hi Asta,
We are confoosed too! We thought you were recovering from your leg injury after doing the Dashing White Sergeant at the Estate.
Now you are in France.........well we guess that is the beauty of living your life in a dog blog - maybe it doesnt have to make sense.
You are looking lovely and if you ever figure out your sea questing duties do let us know...........
love and kisses
Martha & Bailey xxx
Keep looking you will find something to hewd...
Congrad's on your award...

Asta if you are thinking of popping up to see Hamish please do stop by our house for a nice cup of tea and a chat. We will dig out the posh china............

Oh no, you went the wrong way!!
You were meant to come our way and you could have gone fish herding or whatever you fancy on the Great Barrier Reef...
Anyway, we hope you have a fabulous time with the Fwench, get lots of bisous!!
We didn't think you would like the aquarium that much, but wherever you are now, you look quite lovely in your cute orange frock. We hope you are resting comfortably and getting all rested up for the big event.

Oh Miss Asta,
I am sorry I got confused. Just remember. No fraternizing. OK? Good thing that handsome Tommy is here for the show and not still in France.
Slobbers,
Mango
Bonjour bonjour Asta! Oh how envious we are that you are (probably) on some yacht on the French Riviera eating pate and goodness knows what! Je souhaite que les escargots sont delicieuses, ma petit ami. Dits moi bonne chance dans le Mango-Minster cher Asta!
Ciaociao baby!

Congratulations on your award, Asta. Where are you exactly?
Twink!
Herding fishes? Hmmm.. I think it's much better if you eat them! We just had some snapper fillet and they were yummy!
Psst.. you look gorgeous in your pretty dress!
Congrats on your award - we are not sure about the herding of fishes though - I do not think they herd very well - and all that water can ruin a girls hair! I think you are far better off on the Riviera in your orange ooh la la outfit.

Being the Best In Show judge is hard work!
That is super confusing! I think a trip to France is definitely a great idea.
Congrats on your award!
Your pal,
Titus
Ah, yes. The souf of France sounds like a lovely place to be questered by the sea. Can I come, too? It's warm there, right???
And, congratulations on your Shining Star award. It's bootiful, kousin Asta, just like you!
Love and Lots of Koobuss Kisses,
Koobie
Dear Asta,
My mommy and I loved your post. It was very cute. I think it is very confusing. The sea quest people sure looked unwelcoming. Have fun in the south of France. If you want some perfume, go to Grasse while you are there.
Sally Ann
Ahhh the south of France...wonderful!!
You'll be so relaxed now Asta you'll make an awesome judge.

You're in a secret location on a yacht? Are you having a good time?

Hi Asta...I am a new friend and just happen to live in the South of France...I'm a um well um Great Dane...one of those harlequin womance kinds...
I was wonderin' if you'd like to see Monte Carlo...I dunno bout the driving on those scary roads...but I could try...can you drive a standard just in case my tiny feet don't reach the clutch? Oh, wait...my feet aren't so tiny hmm...
I may need to borrow some size 2 jeans...that just seems so hooge...
I'm looking forward to meeting you...
Fa la la la la la...
Jacie the Greatest Dane
Pee ess...do you have some kinda barette for ears? I'm having sooooooo much trouble eating with these.....
Asta, that's a lovely award!
Enjoy the south of France. The NSLM and me loved Cannes last year - nowhere quite like the south of France!
take care
Clive
Asta, You are so worldly,

Well the Aquarium fish are a little stuck up so we can TOTALLY understand why you didn't have fun and anyway we are SURE France is ALOT warmer..Love A+A
thanks dear asta, for sending prayers for our hansel during our hard time. he is doing very well, but we still love the prayers rolling in for him.
You sure get around! Can we teleport over to France and hang out with you?
Sniffie and the Florida Furkids
I'm sure you'll be an excellent (and fashionable) judge.
Asta, you are waaaay lucky. I've never been to an aquarium, let alone been snorkling!!! I'm kind of a couch potato here. Since I'm the Queen Of The Ark, I choose to pretty much rarely leave my comfy stuffed pillow. Thanks for sharing your escapades!
Where are you, Asta? You are on a yacht? Wow!
--JB
Congratulations on a very pretty award! And we like the orange dress--sort of a dreamsicle look (my mom said that). I don't understand about sea herding.
love & wags,
River
Looks like you checked out quite a few places. I like the South of France best! Happy judging.
Asta - tu deserve cette belle etoile! Ve souhaite que tons vacances ce quiete tes nerves hehee! Au revoir!

Hi Asta! I hope you are enjoying your yacht trip! Please do not fall off!!
I just gave you an award too. You can get the graphic and rules from my blog if you want them.
