Oh Asta, what a torture it was for you! Just look at you trying your best to escape but then your mom catches you by the scruff & forcibly pulls you back in again. And then, it was drying time. Oh no! I HATE that too! Hmm, maybe that's why Dobermanns & other breeds' tails have been docked very short so that the hoomans cannot pull it. But looks like you still have a long stub there...I hate bath days. My mommy sometimes gets rough with me if I start moving around. I have been pulled by the scruff & ears too when I tried to run away from the monster. Ugh!

What you went through is sheer torture for a bath. Did it hurt when you were pulled by the tail to dry your fuzzy butt? We feel sorry that you went through all that humiliation. I (Hershey) don't like the hair dryer - it is too noisy and scares me.
Humans have this stupid idea about baths. They also have stupid ideas about washing and waxing the car only to have it rain the next day.
We hope your Mommi is feeling better and Myrna too (yes, we think her catching a cold and Gilbert having one too is suspicious).

Poor Asta! We hate baths too, but I, Poppy actually like the hair dryer! I'm kind of weird that way...when Mom dries her hair, I sit at her feet and beg to be blow dried! I also beg to be vacuumed...see how weird I am? Tell your Mommi that our mom feels her pain about that Mental-pause stuff! It is NO fun at all! We hope the new meds work for her! Oh my poor sissy, I cannot not believe what your mom and dad put you through just for your walk you were on. Did anyone even notice that you had a bath? Did anyone even say anything about how clean you were? I bet not. I think there might be rules about doing bath stuff to doggies especially the drying of the butt.
