Ooh, I hope Jackson's dogtor visit goes well!
Meanwhile, great pictures! My Old Girl loves New York and wants to visit again one day (with me, of course). I know how you feel about stopping for water--such a distraction, but necessary when it gets warm!
Thanks for sharing your adventure!

You had a lovely day. We got to watch Grammie clean out a bedroom and organize while epsiode after episode of the The Closer played on the talking picture box. We aren't sure if she got anything done or just moved from one room to the other.

That looks like a lovely walk, Asta. Do people kayak in the Hudson? My Unkie Rob lives in NYC and was just here visiting this past weekend. He went kayaking in the Milwaukee River with my girl. He said it was gross but that it doesn't even begin to compare to the Hudson.

Hi Asta,

What a beautiful Labor Day you had! The walk along the river looks so nice and refreshing (especially with the water Petey's Mom brought). My Mom thinks that your Mom should try the kayak lesson. She did it here in the Chicago river and loved it! She says big city's look different from the water (and that's just Chicago, so imagine how NYC looks!) Enjoy the rest of this week, I hope you get to your wun a lot!

Your pal,
Kirby

Sweet Fuzzaroni AstaButt!

I LOVE any photos of you walking (especially when you're walking away from the camera)!

It's FAB that you and Petey have each other and that your mommi & daddi have Auntie Jane to be crazy with and to make goobers of themselves with out in public. It's so much more fun being a goober if you're doing it WITH someone or somedog else.

Give your Auntie Jane a big goob smooch from me next time you see her, and talk to your mommi about reserving that Asta back in NYC painting for ME!

Goober love & smooches,
Stanley
