So gald your dad is cancer free. It gives hope to others. Moms dog Jack passed away with cancer, they got me because they new that a dog would make the family complete.
I think I'm doing a pretty good job of keeping them happy. Just like you are doing, come rain or shine.

Hi Asta
Oh I am SO glad that the clever doctors managed to make your Daddi well again. He really does sound absolutely the best.
I tried to do my little bit for Livestrong today. Gail and I went out for a nice walk with one of her friends who lost her husband to a brain tumour earlier this summer. I bounced around and did my best to provide some distraction, and although this friend is still terribly sad and down, I think I did see a hint of a smile flicker across her face once or twice.

Hi Asta & thanks for stopping by our blog to read about our human dad!
Your dad has been through alot too, and today we honor all people & animals who have dealt with this horrible disease.
We are so glad your angel sister was there for him. It must be awful for people to go through these things without an animal companion to give hugs to and absorb the tears. And we are glad you have blessed their lives now as they go forward.
You are a dear little doggie, and a sweet girl!
