Your fried chicken looks so very good. Your Dad really knows how to make it crispy.

We watched the NYC fireworks on TV at home because we had rain at night. They were amazingly beautiful - Mom said they were the best she has ever seen and wished she had been there in person.

Woos - Phantom, Thunder, and Ciara

Your day sounds just lovely! I'm drooling over that sundae in your header, too. We had a party here on Saturday and then snoozed away last night while the people went down to the riverfront and watched the big Sky Concert. I was glad to get my beauty sleep!

Thanks for sharing the fireworks. Momma loves big fireworks but of course does not want to go into the big bad city to see them. Sigh.

Asta. Sweet Sissie. You are so brave. We watched your (beautiful) fireworks last night ... on television ... and even those scared us a little bit. But your mommi's laugh made us happy, when we watched them again tonight. All is well now, and we can see it was with you, too. No wonder, after that yummy fried chicken that Daddi made for you!

Happy July Fifth! (We like the day after as much as the actual day!)
Love
Jake and Fergi

Hi Asta! It looks like you had a great 4th of July! And wow, what a great view you have of the fireworks! We can't see them at our house, but we at least didn't mind the noise too much. But we didn't really get any super tasty foods like you had either!

WOW Asta you had the BEST 4th of July!

Those fire works videos were so much fun! We didn't get to see any where we live but we could hear some really loud fire crackers in the neighborhood.

Thank you for sharing those cool videos!

Lots of Luv & Kisses

Oh Asta, I hate to admit it, but I hate the loud firework noises! Some people even had a big loud show by our house again last night. I say they're a week to late!

I'm glad you & your people had a good time. That chicken looks super, extra yummy!
