Project interrupted

My Mommi just finished this painting for someone, and was starting to pack it up( actually Daddy does the packing, but she helps),when the peace of our life was interrupted.....

    you didn't kill the fly? i killed some kind of insect that i don't know the name the other night and even ate it. mom was saying "gross" but well, they look yummy for me.

    A fly?! You should snapped it out of the air - they're YUMMY!

    Oh - my girl keeps going on and on about how she LOVES that piece and how much she wishes she had an artistic bone in her body and she's so jealous and it's beautiful and on and on. I think she likes it. ;-)

    I wish I was closer by because I'd protect you from flies. They don't bother me. I pick up cane toads in my mouth. Flies are a piece of cake.

    I'm so glad your mommy killed the bad giant monster fly and protected you. Sometimes our mom does that for us too. Sometimes we try to chase them and catch them. We even tried that with a bee, but lucky for us we didn't catch him.
