new career

I'm very excited, I made a new discovery!
You might remember that for some time now(after all I'm
almost 7 months old), I've been trying to decide on various
careers....for a time I thought I'd be a painter like my mummy, but I prefer to mush the paints on myself and eat the drop cloth, rather than on the canvas....then I thought I might be a pianist, but apparently, you have to practice a lot, and I'm not all that disciplined......but Eureka! I think I finally found something I truly love to do, and am willing to work on forever......I'm going to be a surgeon!!!!!!!
I got the nasty squeaky out of the reindeer's belly, in no time flat....of course, I had to take all the rest of the guts out to get to it...but that doesn't seem relevant....I think I have a great career ahead of me.

Gotta go, practice....smoochie kisses ASTA

  4. Being a painter is fun! I like to roll around in paint, and then roll on the rug!

  5. Asta: If you ever need assistants, me and Teka will volunteer. We are pretty quick at disemboweling squeaky things, even the hard rubber cuz toys! Our record is 45 seconds, set just last week on a snakey looking thing muzzer brought home!

  6. Um...Asta? I hate to tell you this, but to be a surgeon, you have to stitch the dolly back up after you remove the bad parts! I know,I know! I've already tried to be a surgeon. Obviously, my terror mentality prevents this occupation!

  7. Hey Asta, I think you'll make a great surgeon. There'll be lots of soft toy queueing to take out their squeakers

  9. I too am a surgeon. The only trouble is that once I've removed the troublesome organ (squeaker, eye etc) I lose interest. The recovery rate of my patients is zero! J x
