The Days awe Showt

Hewo Fwiends hewe we awe aweady in deepest Novembew the days awe much too showt fow my liking and it's Bwwwwwwwwwww, cold outside 

the light is bootiful, but mostly I am inside, helping Mommi cook , ow paint

 the othew day, Mommi gots the most ginowmoos ham hock 

 we added cawwots and pawsnips and onions and beanses and stuff

we ate soop fow a week

Othew than that, I took long walks in the pwetty light and went wif Mommi and Daddi to the bwitish Pub on fwidays

PIP FUWWEVEW

this weekend one of the bestest, bwavest kindest, funnest fwiend of mine 

PIP 

had to cwoss the bwidge 

he was a dappew Pwince among tewwiews and a fwiend to all

I will miss his smile and sense of hoomow...his willingness fow adventoowe , his love of hambuwgews, but most of all his attitoode of nevew giving up and enjoying evewy second of his life

 Pip was so vewy loved by his little hooman sisse Madeline and his Mom and Dad, who adopted him and gave him the most loving home any doggie coold want. 

 When he found out that his littol heawt might not be able to be stwong enuff fow this eawf (I think it was just too big to be contained in his handsum littol body), he didn't give up, he fought hawd and bounced back and planned the most wondewful bucket toow.

 I was lucky enuff to have him cum visit me hewe in faw off Boo da Pest , and what fun we had

he toowed the city, sampled the local spas

and sampled the local foods 

and when I waved fawewll to him , Ihad a big lump in my fwoat and teaws in my eyes

 

 I now know that ouw meeting will have to wait until I join him at the bwidge. I know he'll wemembew me cause he is staying in my heawt. 

 Till then, wun fwee wif new bounce in youw little legs and youw stwong big heawt you have left a hooge hole in ouw lives hewe on eawf...

The Leaves awe Falling

Hewo Evewypawdy, Fall is hewe and the leaves awe falling 

we don't get the stwiking colows of a NewEngland Fall, but it's pwetty anyway

MY SEVENTH BIWFDAY

 I don't know how I went fwom once upon a time posting sevewal times a week, to this all time low of not being hewe fow a momf and a half cleewly, I need a much bettew secwetawy than I have...i will take applicashuns immediately. 

 I have pictoowes to show you fwom the last few weeks, but since yestewday was 

my seventh( GULP) Biwfday, 

I thought I would show you that fiwst and then twy to catch up on the othews in the coming days and weeks.

 it was a bootiful Fall day hewe in Boo da Pest...I looked out the living woom window and knew it woold be a good day

 I was excited that it was my Biwfday, but mowe than a littol shocked to heew that I am now considewed a , GULP, seniow doggie cause I'm seven

 it seems only yestewday that I awwived in NewYawk to be wif my Mommi and Daddi...so much has happened since then, not least of which is that I now have a Oowo Passpawt and live acwoss the wowld in Hungawy

I cewtainly have had sum gweat advenshoowes along the way, so no complaints, and the most impawtant..whewevew I live, I'm wif Mommi and Daddi who love me so vewy much

twying to suwvive in Wecowd Bweaking HEAT

Hewo evewy pal,

this is a melted Asta coming to you fwom melted Boo da Pest

I don't know if you awe awawe, but Boo da Pest has tuwned into the hottest place on eawf in these last few weeks

at fiwst it was just high nineties, but as of monday we have been baking in  ovew a hundwed degwees evew day

hewe I am passed out at an outdoow cafe..even though I'm weawing my soopew speshul scawf fwom Tabifa's Mum, i just cooldn't jump ow be excited

ouw apawtment is oosually fine wifout AC, cause we have ceiling fans, many lawge windows and no diwect sun xept in the mowning, but aftew sevewal weeks..the heat builds up and we'we all melting.

Mommi and Daddi had guests to show awound the city..they wlaked Veeeeeeeewy slowly and mostly went out at night

this is up in the Castle Distwict

the added advantage of going in the evening is the masses of touwists awe not thewe

When the tempewatoowe got to 103 wif the pwomise of 104 the following day

the hoomans went to sit in the watew of Boo da Pest's many Bafing places

Fiwst day, they went to Hotel Gellert, it's been thewe since the eighteen hundweds and Mommi wemembews being a littol giwl and being delighted wif the wave machine in the big pool (that's why the watew looks so shallow, cause when the waves stawt (on evewy houw fow ten-fifteen minutes), they cum all the way to the top of the pool

The second day they went to 'Palatinus"...it's a hooge complex of pools on Mawgawet Island(it's in between Buda and Pest ) in the middle of the city

Home Alone? NOT

Hewo Deew Fwiendses

My pawents went fo a twip to visit fwiends in Bewlin, but since they had to fly on Easy Jet, I cooldn't go along

they almost cancelled theiw twip cause they didn't want to leave me wif just anyone, but luckily, at the last minutes the soopew nice nuwsie fwom my vets office said she woold ba happy to have me stay wif hew.

I know hew well, and she had a sweet smoof foxy who cwossed the bwidge in Febuawy

she took me on long intewesting walks and tweated me wif love and cawe

 I gots to see sum cultoowe

 

we walked all the way down to the Palace of Awts along the Danoobe

 I kept finding sll thesehoomans who wewe hawd as wock

then we went to a nuwsewy to sniff the flowews

at hew house, I was allowed to sneep in hew foxy's bed

I saw a whole othew neighbowhood fwom mine

and found an owange bycicle, but it was too big fow me

this is the entwance to a botanicul Gawden

 aftew a while, I weely made myself at home (no teddyies wewe hawmed)

 I had my favowite Piggy(fwom Agatha and Awchie) along wif me fow company

and my ancient cown cob which I love to chew

 I even got to shawe the nice lady's bweakfast just like at home

 of couwse it took my vewy best behaviow and asking nicely to get that bweakfasts

we walked to the dogtow's office togethew when she had to wowk

 I got to be the wesident doggie and gweet all the pashunts

back at the lady's house, I snoozed contentedly
Mommi and Daddi wewe soo gwateful that I had such loving cawe
