Too darn hot - not here it ain't. I mean the temperature did get up to about 21 degrees centigrade (70F) for a few milliseconds at the weekend, but I guess that only counts as hot in NE Scotland. Anyway, to my mind, Asta, you're always super cool whatever the temperature outside... Toodle pip! Bertie.
Mom is laffin. New Yawk is the same temp range(we are a few degrees hotter) as us.. She's laffin WITH you, not at you. She wants to know if you wear boots for the hot pavement like you do for the cold snow! Mom counted up her pennies and green papers. She is bummed. She can't come to DWB get together. she says dayum it(dam is a 2 syllable word here and more genteel-ha) Do yall have AC? We have a unit but it is broken like the heater was. We have fans tho! Awwww. Asta sweet pea. Lookie at poor you, wilting in the heat. You need a little orange parasol with tassels to stir the breezes to fix to your collar if you absolutely have to go outside. Then ice cream stops at every corner and a bucket of a slush puppy drink. (Um.. do you have those your side of the pee?) They colour, oops color, your lips blue. Kind of cool. Cos they are freezing cold. Give you one of them funny cold squarehead aches. Shall I bring one over for you?

Oh No Asta, you have started our mum singing over here - that is never a good noise! It's too darn hot here too! We are sleeping a lot and going for our walks in the evening as it is cooler! The humans say it is a change for nice weather but our mum has a headache! She says it wont last much longer. What about a nice little fan Asta - to create a pleasing little breeze to ruffle through your wiry curls! love you lots Martha and Bailey xxxx

Scruffy and I would like to invite you and 12 of your friends for a 7 course breakfast all served on Lacie's butt. There is plenty of room, trust us. She even has her blender back there....
Way hot here too. Since I stay inside and the mom and dad run the air all the time it isn't bad at all. The mom is saying that we have gone right into summer without much of the spring. Oh well, beats shoveling the snow. Hope you are having a fun safe holiday weekend.
