This is the building whewe my Vet is..wight on the cownew
Whenevew I go to the vets..I always say hello to the nice staff out fwont..they awe vewy nice to me and tell me not to wowwy
I sit W(well stand and sit and stuff) patiently in the waiting woom..unless thewe awe othew patients, then I want to go say hello and am genewally unwooly
I'm so vewy bwave that I go wunning in to see the doktow when they call my name
I love my Vet
They looked evewywhewe..it was quite embawwasing
I gots a conjunctivitis..I don't know how I did it.but the vets gave me medcine and said it would get better in two ow thwee days...I have to put a goopy cweam in my eye sevewal times a day and that's it...(no shots in the bum ow nothin)..I suwe hope so ,cause this is yucky! and I want to be well fow Butchy's pawty! BTW... I weigh 18.5lbs..I'm not fat! that's gweat news..all the tweats at the pawty didn't make a dent! hehehe
I'll tell you about my weekend tomowwow..I was too pweoccupied with my eyes to talk about anything else today...hope all of you awe well and happy!

oh poor Asta! I do hope your eyes are better soon, its a nasty thing, you usually get con..... cant spell that word! when you are run down, perhaps it is all the pawties you been goin to and hostin etc.

ReplyDeleteI've been out of touch for a couple of days, and look what happens! Do they have your diagnosis correct? Could you actually be having Goober Withdrawl? I think the suppression of your immune system is one of the first signs of G.W. Your G.W. probably brought on the conjuctiyukkies. I hope the goob makes everything better (I think they meant to tell you they were giving you goob in gel form ~ not goop).
Your vet looks very sweet. Sure she's old enough to be a vet? Looks pretty young to me...
Take care of yourself & have your mommi & daddi wait on you paw & paw! You deserve some TLC.

Asta, that is good news it is something easily treated WITHOUT shots in the bum. I am way over shots for a while. Try to be a nice good dog for that cream in the eye stuff and then look TERRIBLY sad over it so you get some treats!

ReplyDeleteI love my vet too! I'm glad you didn't need a shot or nothing, goopy eye cream shouldn't be so bad. When I had to have that cream, I'd run away from my mom and hide! I highly recommend it. He he!!

Ooooh, I think I'd be too terrified to go to the vet's again! I hate going to the vet's! It's the worst place I could ever go to! Damn, you got conjunctivitis? I hope it wasn't my mommy who passed this eye disease to you coz she had it last week but now it's all healed but you got it? I think the little bugs jumped into the comp screen & into your eyes. She too had to put that yucky ointment in her eyes which made them itchy. Hope your eyes will get better soon! Don;t stress them too much ok?

asta, luckily no shot in the bum bum. last weekend, dopey got a shot in the back for his skin problem. LOL he whined and cried. sigh! why can't he be a real dog like me.

Hey Asta!! Oh..No...Connie Junk Tivitis...sounds awful...Lacie has to go to the vets this afternoon...she has Shower Ear. That dumb Lakie showers with Mumsie every day...no wonder she has swimmers/showers ear. You should see her if Mumsie tosses her outta the shower..she throws herself against the glass door and has a melt down! I left a message in Amber's cbox re a halloween/barkday pawty for her and my sweet Koobie. Hopefully, she's dried out from the balloon ride. Lacie is such a ...um..family blog. Donkey!
